The most important was the staff - attentive and knowledgeable people. Such an enjoyable stay for a long time.
Everything was great, including location and staff, its free wi-fi. We got a room with a bath.
The place was absolutely fantastic and business and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, the location was absolutely incredible close to everything.

All good — we loved our stay — food was good and knowledgeable staff. Huge room, great bed, really pretty bathroom. Very easy to get from New Orleans Lakefront airport, just 0.5 km. Excellent customer service too. Besides, we could easily park on site...
The location was weird.
The venue is fairly clean and huge, views are excellent, the location is phenomenal just next door to Bourbon Street, good restauants, the French Quarter. French (Vieux Carre) district is worth seeing.

it was surely a fabulous stay. the hotel was nicely appointed and clean in general. room was cool. free breakfast, extraordinary service. only 10 minutes walk from new orleans centre. lovely pool too.

Very very good breakfast, especially coffee and slices of fresh bread, the staff was cheerful. Liked New Orleans, the hotel was relaxing. We had a king room which was cosy and light. Fantastic lobby.

The location was magnificent, within walking distance of an immense aquarium. The restaurant here was astonishing except for the included breakfast, we both ordered amazing dishes. The staff was polite and accommodating.
